hey! do you know how to make destroyable trees? like if a grenade hit it, it falls or breaks into small pices?

i don't think the source engine can render that unless you make the tree your self from boxs and vertexs, then make it a func_physbox make it so it only moves when damaged.

you make a object then select it, press control+t and make it a func_physbox, then either under flags, or as one of the values make it so that it only moves when damaged.
this is a high level technique and should really only be used once you've practiced with hammer more.

How much practiced? Is it "damagetoenablemotion" Is it that value I would change to like 150? Btw my object is supossed to hang in mind air. When you shot on it, it will fall down.

watch videos and practice to become more experienced
but ya the damageenablemotion thing is correct and set it to a really high value like 50000.
