Host_EndGame: Map coordinate extents are too large!! it says that and closes instantly.... its not to large and i don't have any bad objects...alt+p reveals nothing (i have no errors) any master insight that any of you have that i didn't get the memo for?? i heard that it happens sometimes when you have alot of empty space? which i do because i just started the map... i'm afraid to continue building if im already screwed.

I've had this alot, try deleting your displacements, make sure you have NO displacements in func detail.
Also check any part of your map is in the origin.

LOL there's really no easy way to make error free displacements is there...
Problem with that is that my whole map is surrounded by dsplacements.
One thing that could be causing it is that I need to center the map more in the grid.
Im trying to make the map up on a plato/hill but I need the sides of the hill slightly bumpy for an earthy effect
Also how do u add like a texture on a texture? Like sand with a few patches of grass? is that the decal tool?

Yeah, you use the decal tool for that.
If you haven't centered your map to the grid yet, I suggest that you do. Tell us if it works.

Maybe you could use a lower value for your displacements, or just make less, but I would say that the displacements are whats causing it, I used to have a really cool offroad map for garrysmod, I extended it a little and it stoped working, simply because there were too many displacements..
One of the source engines weaknesses I guess.

sometimes this happends when u make a funk in a block, or a barrel or tree or anything that movable, tru change it, like barrels can be up over the ground, then they easy just fall don and stay -on- the ground, not in it
