Well, I want this skybox texture called frozendusk, so I go to map properties and I type in ''frozendusk'' (because in the entity browse window it looks like skybox_frozendusk_bk)
Am I doing something wrong? Or is it something else?

I don't know of that skybox. Where did you get it from?
And no, you don't include the last two letters.
4 different people today have asked about skybox names, it's strange.

<insert, 'Twilight Zone' theme, here>
Make sure you type in the skybox texture name exactly as it's listed in the texture browser; minus the side delineation.

skybox/frozendusk_
Are you sure there's an underscore before the dn rt bits?
Try using
skybox/frozendusk_
and
skybox/frozendusk
