when i compile my map it becomes a little to big that it takes a while to download especially if u don't have fast download, is there a way to make the map a smaller size or like split it if that's possible

Turn off HDR, don't use custom textures...
If you've done all of this already I guess that it's because the map is very large. Dust 2 is only 8 mb, as it's detailed but not massive. I don't know how large your map is, but I'm guessing about 15 mb?
The majority of your maps size comes from the lighting. Select a surface with the 'Toggle Texture Application Tool' and change the lightmap scale. Its default value is 16, setting it to 64 for any large faces in your map will reduce the size dramatically. (64 will be 16 times smaller in size, but the shadows will look blockier).

well first u select everything and drag the sides so its get smaller XD

There's a SLIGHTLY more advanced way to do it...
Break your map up into a couple (or a few, depending on HOW big it is) different sections and just mapjump (making multiple 'maps' in the same level).
We had a post laying around here, somewhere, regarding.
