If you apply the CLIP (not player clip!) texture to a func_Brush, and this disable the func_brush on motion, then yes.

huh weird, i put in two more of the same clips with the outputs and now it doesnt work, acting like the player clip again..

Try a func_Brush using the invisible texture. It'll stop projectiles and physics objects, but will also stop players, and will work with func_Brush enable/disable. It's very similar to NoDraw.
