I think this forum should have a resource section where people can post prefabs etc... anyway, I guess this is sort of a tutorial since you can explore the vmf and see how to make a lift which moves in stages.
Feel free to ask questions=)

on the site you can watch a video of it and see instructions on where to place the different files in the zip folder:)
