Yeah that'll do. Ensure that you have a PCI-E slow (You should have), and that your PSU is up to the job. Which is your current PSU model?

uhh antec true power trio @ 650 watts i think around there i know its a okay though and i have a pci-e 2.0
mb is an asus m3n78-vm

Depends at which resolution. Also depends on the rest of your computer. I doubt it will, smoothly.

Well i got a new card store almost completly wiped clean b/c of the holidays but i picked up an evga (sorry bfg) 9800 gtx and a new heatsink
