Yo. Whenever I use the vertex tool it always works, but when I run the map, it says "map coordinates too large" and won't let me play it! I know it has something to do with the vertex tool. Help.

Personally I had this problem when I was trying to make a revised version of gm_flatgrass, turned out my map was simply too large....Which brings another question, just how big can a map be?

A map can be as large as the grid is! But my map wasn't large at all, and it still got that error.

Trial and error is my method. Make it as big as it needs to be then keep extending it until the problems begin. No map needs to be as large as the grid. Dust 2 is only 6000 units across.

That would be an epic map. Block as big as the grid with a grass texture and a single crate in the center. hmmm...

That's how most of them turn out. And they all play about as well as that brown stuff dogs lay on the ground.
