i have:
liquids\militiawater liquids\militiawaterbeneath liquids\militiawater_dx70 (older version) liquids\militiawater_dx70_beneath
Make sure you filter correctly. I entered "mili" in the filter field and found these.
If you still don't have it, try verifying your game cache for CSS and Source SDK and Source SDK Base.

He creates a block using "militiawaterbeneath" (which he should not use, it should be "militiawater") and then applies over the top of it an overlay called "models/props/cs_militiariver03". It's hard to read on the poor quality. This is actually a MODEL, not a texture (hence models/props folder). You should never apply a model/ or prop/ texture directly onto a brush, it will have bad effects. You can apply this 'texture' as an overlay, as the guy does in the first video you linked, or as a prop_static if you select it as the world model, as the guy does below. www.youtube.com/watch?v=p95c4bUS8hE#t=3m28sNote: I've not tested this, i thought you wanted the other texture not the river one.

hey,thx for the info only problem i have is,on that video you posted he says that you have to build displacements around the river and on the second video i posted the river he makes runs in a straight line,so he couldn't have used that prop... Unless hes somehow managed to take the texture off the prop and make it into a normal brush texture,if thats even possible?
