Hey guys, In my map i have pieces of trash and random garbage on the floor that i made from a pro_static. Problem is when ever you walk over it it propels you forward really fast, even on a table prop. Any one know the problem?

Strange. I guess you could put a clip texture over the table and everything so you're never in contact with it.

how does a clip texture work? i though it just makes it so you cant get stuck in corners becuase i want the peices to move and interact

A clip texture works like an invisible block.

Just because i want the player to move and interact with the physics objects, maybe changing everything from a prop_physics to prop_physics_multiplier would work?

Im starting to think of just trashing this whole map because theres so many prop_physics, and func_physboxs in there that all have the same problem. Really need a sloution to this guys. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.

yea....prop_physics has a little problem about flinging the player froward, up or any other direction....I don't know how to get around it because i think its a little glitch in the engine.
