Hey I want to make a jump-rope for CSS here's a picture of it i.imgur.com/MNK1Ijz.png anyways the problem is I have two buttons one to start it and one to stop it, when i start the jump rope it works fine, when I stop the jump rope it stops, but when i try to start it up again with the start button it doesn't move or anything do you have any idea how to fix this? I'm using a func_rotating for the jumprope with a trigger hurt parented to it to deal damage when it touches a player and the start button is using onpressed > yard_game > setspeed > 180 with flags set at > do not move > use activates the off button uses > onpressed > yard_game > setspeed > 0 and the flags are the same for the on button. This is pretty much it thanks! In advanced if you can help.

"start" and "stop" would be better inputs, with the speed set in the func_rot. However, there is nothing directly obvious in your setup from your description to suggest a problem, meaning it's probably something more minor which is hard to fix without further details. The flags "do not move" and "use activates" shouldn't exist for a func_rot. Make sure you have the right flags. developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Func_rotating
