I have been working on a FY map for a while now and I can't get some of it's bugs/glitches out. I've been looking around the internet for this problem but can't really find something about it. So I hope you guys can help me to fix these problems. First problem is mainly that my displacement terrain has some problems with lightning. You see on the screenshots below that the textures won't line up perfectly while the textures are lined up. An other problem I have is that my func_breakable_surf does not work properly. I've got 4 buildings with this entity and 2 of them(copied) aren't working. As you can see, the glass does work when not broken, but when it is shot the textures wont display correctly. Furthermore, in my skybox you can see lines in a square if it had a big square skybox around it. The seems aren't lining up making it look like a misplaced brush. imageshack.us/a/img853/3875/2012100600005.jpg Would be great to have these problems fixed! Thanks in advance

displacement texture - check the alpha, pick another texture that doesn't have the gradient, rotate the texture to match the two gradients together glass - only ONE side is the glass texture, the other must be nodraw. make sure to use the "host" texture and not a "b" texture, EG glass_example_86b is bad, glass_example_86 is good. Skybox - doubt you can fix that. 3D skybox?

Thanks for your quick response. In regards to the problem with my glass not breaking up correctly. This is now fixed by using another texture(now urban_glass_03 instead off hotel_glass001). In response to my Skybox, yes it is an 3D skybox and I understand that this is an bug/glitch in source? For my problems with displacement textures, all the displacement textures are blended textures. I tried to neutralise the edges and giving both displacements the same texture. Unfortunately, the effect stays the same. After that, I tried some standard textures which aren't "blendable". Strange thing is, the first screenshot still has the same problem(only difference between the two roads is that one texture needed a 90 degrees turn for lining up). The second screenshot doesn't have the problem anymore, but there has to be a way to use blend textures for displacements right? I also got another spot in the map where I use the displacements the same way, and they do line up(see 3rd screenshot). I can't find any differences in the texture application of the two different zones. In the last screenshot, the displacements are also build out of multiple blocks. And then I've got another question, how do I add/combine css textures in the csgo hammer? Thanks in advance

Try to get all the rotations to be the same, and the scales. You may need to rotate the displacement itself and resize.
Other than that, ive no idea why they wouldn't tile up.

Unfortunatly, this doesn't work either. I now removed the displacements on my road as it even doesn't work after a rebuild of my roadwork.
There still remains a question, is it possible to use the hl2 and css models and textures? Can't seem to find a tutorial about it.
