I am putting a soccer field in my map with a ball. I have all the physics and logic all done, so the ball behaves as it should. However, if I want the ball to be pushed when someone knifes or shoots it, I have to set the phys_pushscale to 900. This screws up the physics for the rest of my map. Is it possible to set a pushscale only in a certain area?

Instead, change the mass of the physbox.

Do you know how much to change the mass to? Its a 32x32 func_physbox and I basically want it to behave like it does in most jb maps, or a soccer map. EDIT: I tried 0.1, 0.01 and 0.001 and it still doesn't behave like a soccer ball.

try larger values.

That didn't work either. The ball was just a lot heavier. I guess I will just have to deal with bad physics in the rest of my map . Thanks for the suggestions though!
