Ok so I fucking finished my level, and the last time I try to compile it, I am getting the "overlay touching too many faces (coordinates). Each time I go to the specified coordinates, delete that overlay, and try compiling it again, and then it points me to another overlay that is so called "touching too many faces". I have done this like 10 times now it is systematically making me delete all the overlays in my map, even though they are NOT touching too many faces at all, theyre only touching like one or 2 and I checked in the properties. 90% of these overlays were working fine a few hours ago, I have only added about 5 more since, and I got rid of those, but it still won't let me compile it. FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU x

WAIT! CRISIS AVERTED! Sorry! I had some sort of brain wave telling me to increase the lightmap on those faces! Turns out I had placed ALL my overlays on the surfaces I wanted to have detailed lightmap. Sigh, why do I always think of the solution AFTER I post. Oh well I will leave the post here as it may help others.

Watch out for displacements too. And only use detailed lightmaps where the effect will be noticed, not all over Plus a paste of the compile log really helps, for next time
