Hey everyone! I'm currently making a map with a info_particle_system. It's pumping water particles out of a pipe and into a river. However, if you look into the river the particles are swirling inside the river. How do I make a trigger that kills all particles that touch it? Thanks!

Is it the particle from tophattwaffle? If it is, far as I know there's nothing you can do to kill it. It's dynamic water. Either choose a different particle from the particle editor or make your own.

Yes its from tophattwaffle. In the tutorial where he discusses it, he mentions that a water brush will get rid of it. However, I also have some expensive water nearby at a different height. Is there a way to make a water brush that won't affect my expensive water? (i'm using a func_water_analog atm)

It's done by the particle life-time. make sure its not too long! This setting should be in the particle properties.

You can't edit Valves particles, you have to either copy all the settings from that water faucet particle, or like I said, make your own. It's easier to make your own.
