Documenting my changes: 1) Nodraw the floor of the skybox. no point it being sky. 2) adjusted brushes under the shack so that the line up with the walls. This makes the shack a simple square building, rather than a complex bit under it. Adjusted door steps. 3) your roof could be simplified into only 2 brushes, as it only has one concave section. Done this. 4) likewise, the base of the columns can be one brush. 5) Made the petrol sign into a func detail. 6) removed outer clip box. The skybox will do this. 7) adjusted skybox brush sizes to on-grid. 8) HOLY FUCK I JUST SAW YOUR DISPLACEMENTS. Did you use carve? DID YOU? omg. Use 'normal' displacements and an overlay for the road. 9) Upon finding 8, i juggled your whole map around. It's now centred on the origin, the building is in the centre, the skybox is square and on grid. Some larger overlays were lost in the transit. 10) I wrapped any props going outside of the level with a nodraw box, so that they do not leak. 11) remade skycamera zone, with correct ratio (1/16, 0.0625) and with easier camera position (as world is at origin). Nah! it's very simple to make, there isn't much detail to them, plus they're only for a 3d skybox.

Here is an update, fixed some stuff ps: im using chrome now, its much better ;D Haha P.s I don't like that vent inside the shop, looks out of place
