i was working on this map for 3 hours i just made some spawn and buy zones then i saved the map before i go any futher on it, when i compil. the map it didnt finish hammer just stopped responding, then when i open hammer again and click on open to see if my map was saved, it tells me "out of memory loading solid." then i click ok then says " File C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\thunderf4\sourcesdk_content\cstrike\mapsrc\zm_twd_atwork_v1.vmf, line 416: error 7" then i click ok then gives me a hammer.exe App error "The insruction at "0x0e87915b" referance memory at "0xoe87915b". The memory could not be "read". Did i basicly loose this map and need to start over. I forgot i should have saved it a few time before i got as far as i did.

Find your vmf Right click on it. Open with- Wordpad [more clean] Most of the time its at the very end delete everything till the last }
For example this is a complete entity in word notation. { "id" "10433" "classname" "func_detail" solid { "id" "10434" side { "id" "450" "plane" "(-5480 -10884 5) (-5480 -10884 0) (-5480 -5636 0)" "material" "NATURE/GRAVELFLOOR002B" "uaxis" "[0 0 1 122.714] 0.7" "vaxis" "[0 -1 0 -440] 0.3" "rotation" "0" "lightmapscale" "16" "smoothing_groups" "0" }
If the same entity were to look like this: { "id" "10433" "classname" "func_detail" solid { "id" "10434" side { "id" "450" "plane" "(-5480 -10884 5) (-5480 -10884 0) (-5480 -5636 0)" "material" "NATURE/GRAVELFLOOR002B" "uaxis" "[0 0 1 122.714] 0.7" "vaxis" "[0 -1 0 -440] 0.3" "rotation" "0" "lightma
It would be incomplete and therefore the map would not open, so you would have to delete everything until you see a }
