New version of map won't load.. again.

I seem to be getting this problem constantly, I can't find a solution that will apply to every time I get this problem. It did load once a little bit ago, but the water isn't working. It's invisible.. and here's my compile log:
EDIT: Also, when I try to copile it, I get a message saying that "The system could not find the file specified"..:
