Hi. I'm no pro mapper, but I think I can help you out on this one. There are two important parts for spawn room resupply lockers (which I think is what you want, right?)
First, you need a model that looks like the locker. Try placing a prop_dynamic (that's important, it allows the model to animate and open and close appropriately) that uses world model resupply_locker.mdl . Give it a unique name in the object properties dialogue box that pops up when you double click on it. blu_locker_01 or something should be fine.
Next, make a trigger brush that surrounds the locker model and goes about 40 units in front of it and 20 units to either side. A trigger brush is a block that uses the toolstrigger texture. In hammer it looks like a transparent orange texture with the word "Trigger" on it. In game, however, you can't see it, and its only function is to perform some action when a player enters the area of the Trigger brush (that's why we made it larger than the actual locker model.)
This trigger brush represents the area a person has to step into to get full health and ammo from the resupply locker, but it doesn't do it automatically. We h ave to tell it to. In hammer, select the trigger box using your selection tool (Shift+S.) Then press Ctrl+T to tie this brush to an entity (you can find the same option under the tools menu.) In the dialog box that pops up, choose an entity of func_regenerate in the "Class" drop down menu. Select apply and customize the other settings to your liking. Note that in order to cause the locker doors to open and close you need to tell this func_regenerate entity which prop_dynamic is associated with this regenerate zone. Fill in the "associated model" blank with the unique name of your resupply locker model, and give it a go!
Let me know if this works out for you. If you are still stuck, I will post an example file for you to look at. Good luck!
