Yeah but the tut doesnt say anything about how to let the door rotate down, because i can change the blue ball, but then it still rotates around the y axis, and it need to turn about the x axis. But ill send him in a min

I have to say it really did misbehave. I eventually settled for a physics object. Just as well you didn't want it to come back up again...
LOTS OF BROWNY POINTS TO WHO EVER MANAGES TO MAKE A DOOR ROTATE AROUND THE X AXIS!

I had the same problem while trying to make a big gate for a castle, where the gate opens downwards onto the moat.
I found out later that the solution wasn't in the "Class info" tab. It's in the "Flags" tab. I simply had to select the X (or Y) axis accordingly to the direction I needed it to open.
I also found out that, if you put the rotation axis (blue dot) higher than the middle and a little far back from the door it simulates a garage door, provided you did the step above also.

Don't forget to make sure the pivot-point is set right... If you watch the YouTube vid on it, it explains what I'm talking about.
