Too me it looks like either a problem with source of your video card. I'd try: 1. Defragment your hard drive. 2. Update drivers (nvdia.com) or ati.com 3.Right click css, properties, check game intergrity. 4. Reinstall Source. 5. Delete everything in your steam folder except, steam.dll, steamapps, & steam.exe 6. Try a new video card 7. Looks like youve got textures set to low, try medium. Good luck!

oky heres a nother thing you can look at maybe this can help you figure out whats wrong . in the consol after loading a map it comes up with this msg (i took this one from the video stress test)
(( Warning: using WorldTwoTextureBlend on a non-displacement surface. Support for this will go away soon. - Material : stone/blendcobbledirt001a - Surface center : -2752 1688 -1800 AddPropOffsetToMap - already found entry [prop: 9 offset: 796] in table for DT_CSPlayer FCVAR_CLIENTCMD_CAN_EXECUTE prevented running command: cl_predict ))

idk i always get those errors in my console. try typeing in console cl_predict 0.]' Dont cross out your graphics card as the culprit yet, i bought a brand new xfx 9600 gso and it played fine for a couple of hours then started having corrupted textures and what not.
