From a technical point of view: Your snapping to grid is good. Well done. Brush work is generally good. Never put a giant skybox around it, make it "hug" the level, ie make the skybox the walls to the grass area. Avoid overlapping brushes (see conservatory roof) Glass should be NoDraw on all sides except the visible ones (ie top and bottom) When clipping brushes (IE Roof), keep the two clip-points near each other (to get simple ratios, like 3:1, etc).
