Hi, i have a big problem. When i use a custume sound in my counter strike source map it says in the console invaild sampel rate. i dont know how to fix this.
If you know how to fix this plz help me.

What it means, is that your sound isn't encoded with the correct bitrate, use a program like audacity or goldwave to encode it to 44100 hz and it should work.
*edit*: Well you can have any sample rate as long as it is 44100 hz or less.

Surely you can "save as" and pick the sample rate as 44100Hz? mp3 or wav.

To change the bitrate in Goldwave, simply click "Effect" along the top menu, and then click on "Resample" at the bottom, change to the desired sample rate, then save your sound file.
