Add :
"$normalmapalphaenvmapmask" "1" "$envmap" "env_cubemap" "$envmaptint" "[ .1 .1 .1 ]" "$envmapconstrast" "1" "$rimlight" "1" "$rimlightexponent" "44" "$rimlightboost" "0.4" }
You can even add more to the rimlightboost if needed!
Run game buildcube maps then reload game. If you textures stil arnt glossy, then you need to add a higher level of bumpmap.

Well maybe you arnt doing a good enough job on crazy bump. Try making the texture into a diffuse map first, grey scale and merge it with the normalmap.
Post some new screenshots, and do you have a light in your map yet?

Indeed mate, that's how it shows up in nDo2 and Crazybump. Wanna see screen caps of that too?
Edit: The light can cause this, it's only a small closed room with a light at 200 brightness.
