People won't be able to connect it because you're on a router. I'm also on 192.168. something .
You need to either set it up through the router (I haven't figured out how) or you buy a server for a month or two, otherwise people aren't going to be able to play your map.

Hahaha, oh wow.
Excuse me, Erm, You've made yourself a server from your home box am I correct? That wont work for most people especialy if you have a router, You need to learn how to set up a dedicated server, probably just a matter of fowarding the right ports, but even if you did get it working it would be horrible because your hosting from your own PC while trying to do things (unless you have a seperate dedicated box on 24/7).
If you want to get a real server you need to find a remote host and rent one from them, that costs money.
The IP your using is a home IP for a router, yes, a router, Its not an internet IP, if you were on a lan you could connect from a local PC, but thats it.
Nobody can join.
If you want to get your map out there you should upload it to something like FPSBANANA.

Don't you just open a couple of ports on the router? But you will need a computer that can host the server 24/7. I don't think that it is any good ide to play CS:s on the same computer that host the server.
Btw I think that i have a link on how you open ports on the router. I will post them if you wanna.
EDIT: This may only work for CS:s server? I don't know. Read the topic wrong, but anyway...
