Ok so, everything was working on my map. I tested it and it worked. I added a few boxes, death pits, and a zombie. Then all of a sudden Portal would crash every time I loaded the level. I don't think that the death pits or the zombie were the problem because I deleted them and it still crashed. But when I deleted the boxes it worked fine. I just want to know what I did wrong so it doesn't happen again.

Post the compile log. Did you check alt+p?

First of all I am the same guy I just registered today. Second of all ctrl+p said everything was fine. And lastly I am away from the comp I have that on so I'll post another one tomarrow

i had this problem, it was fixed when i went through the vmf in notepad or something.. but what i ended up doing was basically deleting abunch of random things from it... it worked and a 20 hours behind scheldule i continued... but i got it done

Well if you read the first part you'll see that thats what I did and it worked. I just wanted to make sure that it didn't happen again.

There is nothing wrong with it. Have you tried copying everything and pasting it into a new .vmf file.
