Some fly-bys, when recorded, jump up and down for no particular reason. This isn't because it's glitching on anything.
3kliksphilip's findings- It may be something to do with the frame rate when recording it in the first place, because when I recorded a video with lots of bots and physics objects bouncing about it did it a bit and normally I don't have the problem.
Zakke12's findings - 'I loaded the smooth demo and it went perfectly no lag or anything. Then i loaded it again and it started to jump as hell again with the camera? Wtf? ;<'
Any further help or research into this problem would be appreciated.

Did you try making a func_tanktrain with a camera parented to it, I never really tried to make a fly-by so I'm probably stating something useless.
