Ok so I am having so problems with my map. when I make rain I don't put the trigger inside but there is always rain on the inside of all the houses. If you wan't an example then Give me your email and ill send you a vtf to my map. this is going to be a realism map and I wan't it to have rain for more realisticness. so anyone who could help me with this issue Would be the best.

That whole 'precipitation' thing has given a number of people problems, with the same thing.
Another, easy, fix is to copy your roof (JUST the upper-most parts) and re-texture them in nodraw, placing them immediately atop the actual, structural, roof. Make them about a unit, or so, thick.
This will allow you to have the rain run to the ground, and stop it from running through your roof.
No one likes a leaky roof!

Never use the clip tool? Thats odd it seems to be one of the most useful tools available for hammer. That and the vertex manipulation tool.
