i double click Source SDK to open it up and it says "MountFileSystem( 221 ) failed: SteamMountFileSystem( 3008,221,0x998fc48 ) failed with error 106: Failed to resize the cache file."

Which game are you mapping for? Try right clicking on the game (in the Steam menu), properties, local files, verify Integrity of game cache...
Try the same for Source SDK.

Which gamer are you mapping for? Try loading up the game before loading up the Source SDK. Be sure to load up a map or something, then try the Source SDK again.

Is your SteamID 0:0:0 ?
And how did you fix the problem?
And do you actually have a legitimate copy of Steam?
